Individual products may have additional terms. For example, MCPGatePro has its own Terms of Service that apply to use of that product.

InnoDigital provides AI-powered developer tools and SaaS products, including but not limited to hosted MCP servers, cost analysis tools, and database optimization services. Services may be offered as free tiers, paid subscriptions, or one-time purchases.

Some Services may require registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

For paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refund policies are outlined in the specific product terms. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and do not store payment card details on our servers.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnoDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
